Error 50003 when attempting to run the small installation pack (13 Oct 02)

This error is caused when some Microsoft systems files present on your PC are earlier versions than those used to compile IRIS. Microsoft does not always make different versions of its own files compatible.

Solution - Do a full installation of HaloSim or IRIS.
